Christina Aguilera's baby boy! September 21, 2007
Christina Aguilera has yet to confirm her pregnancy to the public, but three separate occasions already confirmed her status as mom-to-be. First off, a few days ago, Paris Hilton slipped and called the talented Christina "the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world" at a pre-VMA party hosted by the singer. Second, Ken Ehrlich (executive producer of this year's Emmy telecast) also slip last week when he said to OK!, "We're very sensitive to her pregnancy." It seems Hollywood got loose tongues everywhere, lol! But the third and most damning evidence came from Christina herself-- from her Emmy outfit to be specific. Christina wore a figure-hugging, salmon-colored pearl dress which certainly did not hide the "baby bump" in her mid-section! And guess what Christina sung at the Emmy Awards? "Steppin' Out With My Baby"! Christina is definitely playing with the public, lol! Wonder why she's keeping it private when she's married and all. Maybe to secure an exclusive for some moolah??
Christina Aguilera to perform in Shanghai
For Christina Aguilera, there ain't no other Chinese city but Shanghai.
Aguilera, a four-time Grammy Award winner, will perform June 26 at the Grand Stage, host to earlier performances by the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and the Black Eyed Peas.
The tour date, her first-ever in China, is listed on her Web site.
Although it is Aguilera's first concert in China, the singer has a connection with the country going back to her recording of the song "Reflection" for the Disney film "Mulan" about a legendary Chinese female warrior. The song won her a recording contract with RCA Records that was the start of a career in which she has sold more than 25 million albums.
Tickets for the Shanghai show range in price from 200 yuan (US$26; ?19) to 2,000 yuan (US$260; ?190).
